By signing this form I agree to be bound by the racing rules of sailing 2017-2020 and I agree to be entirely responsible for the boat and any of its contents loaned to me by RS Sailing or the Class Association. The charter will end when the loaned boat and all accessories have be returned. Insurance – The charter boat has a third party liability insurance of £5,000,000. The deductible excess is £500. Damage – You are responsibly for the first £500/ €600 of any damage or loss of components. In the event of a collision between two charter boats, both parties are liable for the first £500/€600 regardless of fault. If your charter boat is damaged by a third party it is your responsibility to recover this value from the third party or their insurance.
